Report all issues in English by using the F-Secure Technology Preview Feedback form. Before submitting your feedback, review the Release Notes. Note that no telephone support is available for the technology preview versions of our products.
If you are reporting a technical problem, attach an F-Secure system summary report to the feedback. To collect the system summary report, you need to have administrator rights.
In Windows XP, select first Start > All Programs > F-Secure Technology Preview, right-click on Collect system data, select Run as and finally select to run the program as administrator. In Windows Vista, select Start > All Programs > F-Secure Technology Preview, right-click on Collect system data and select Run as administrator.
Fill in at least the fields marked with an asterisk (*) and click Submit. You will then receive the subscription number and download instructions by e-mail. Remember to use a valid e-mail address. Otherwise you will not receive the subscription number needed in the installation.
Note: If you have any other F-Secure Technical Preview software, such as Safe Web and/or Exploit Shield, installed on your computer, uninstall them before installing F-Secure Internet Security Technology Preview 9.30. Both of them have now been merged into ISTP 9.30. We recommend that you do a full backup before installing the preview version. We also recommend that you install the software on a special testing computer or a separate Windows installation.
